About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

🔸Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.

🔸Prepare daily reconciliation (Bank, Sales) reports.

🔸Handle accounts payable and receivable

🔸Assist in preparing VAT filings and ensure compliance with Omani tax laws.

🔸Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.

🔸Liaise with banks, and internal departments as required.

🔸Support management with financial insights and variance analysis.


Qualifications & Skills:

🔸Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

🔸Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience (preferably in FMCG, Retail, or Trading).

🔸Strong knowledge of ERPNext /Tally / QuickBooks

🔸Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting.

🔸Understanding of VAT, WPS, and Omani accounting standards.

🔸Excellent communication and time-management skills.

🔸Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
